Basim (born Anis Basim Moujahid July 4, 1992) is a Danish pop singer and songwriter. He is originally from Morocco, but now lives in High Gladsaxe. He participated as a 15-year-old in the 2008 edition of the talent program X Factor and reached the quarterfinals before he was voted off.

Basim released in 2008 album Everything I would have said, among other with music and X Factor judge, Remee which he takes around to different cities to perform with. He published on 19 October 2009 his second album, Rid yourself from which the title track is the first single.

Mintman alias Carsten Mortensen is a platinum selling and award winning record producer, multi-musician, composer & remixer and his partner Hans Fauerby. Sold over 1 million copies worldwide.

Best known for his unique sound and guitar driven productions such as Aicha performed by Outlandish , Obsesion (Si es amor) performed by 3rd Wish feat. Baby Bash later copied by Frankie J, which gained massive succes on the American Charts.
Mintman has also remixed artists such as : LL Cool J - India Arie - Lil Kim - Phil Collins - Freshlyground - Arash & many more.
